Leathers and Associates is the originator of community-built playgrounds. Each project is one-of-a-kind, designed to complement the architecture of the surrounding community as well as incorporate educational, curriculum-related components. Students lead the design process to create a custom playground and the community comes together to build the playground over five consecutive days. In partnership with Leathers & Associates, the students of A. J. Whittenberg Elementary School of Engineering will design a custom playground to serve the school and community. We'll post some pictures and information about Leathers and Associates in the near future! |
